Appreciating a culture is fine like learning the language, etc.. But I am talking about those people known as "koreaboos" that try to mimic everything about Korean culture, and use some Korean language but only from what they learned in music and films which they almost always pronounce it incorrectly,...

I personally agree with you, however not in all ways. I think its good that people are learning Korean and that its fine if they pick up a few things from music or movies etc, as long as they don't over do it. Things like assuming Koreans will love them because they're not Korean, or saying they are Korean, or acting as if they're in a drama. That's offensive and wrong, but liking the music and finding the culture interesting for the culture itself is okay and i can't see much wrong with it. As long as they know their limits and respect the culture and music/movies/trends/etc separately.

yeah koreaboos are so annoying.. im korean and when i see people trying hard to "fit in" to korean culture.. it makes me cringe.. i wish they can just be normal and take it slow.. like yeah, we understand that you love korea but you dont have to do aegyo and do korean makeup that doesnt even look good on you... and they have the wrong idea of Korean culture too.. they think its all perfect and romantic but in reality its nothing like that you know? and whats realllllly annoying is when they try to mix in korean into their language.. omggg

I'm offended by people like yourself that claim to be Korean when you're clearly not. Where were you born? Where do you live? PS., you don't "own" Korean culture.
