  1. SCT Henry

    Yahoo says:

"A "troll" is someone who intentionally and persistently posts inflammatory messages about sensitive topics to bait users into responding or provoke a confrontation. We also consider people to be trolls when they persistently misuse product features such as the ratings system to negatively target others."

You will hear the term misused in talking about a good user who correctly reports violations. A good user who correctly reports violations, no matter how many, is NOT a troll. You can use it for a person who incorrectly reports many or targets another user incorrectly, but there are very few of these type trolls, mostly they exist in in P&S and R&S.

  2. Gregory

It means a person that is considered to be an adult by age, but not mentally that still lives in their parents basement. Trolls say mean things on the internet, because they need something to do because they don't have a job, and they can't find a date.

  3. Anonymous

People who go on the Internet and stir people up

  4. Unknown Name

    You are the troll
