My father had a problem with drugs and it caused him to have a lack of the chemical that causes happiness, could I have inherited his lack of Serotonin? (Not sure if it's Serotonin)

You can't inherit an induced lack of a chemical.

What happened to your father (MDMA?) didn't affect his sperm. (Sperm don't have serotonin).

You aren't discluded from the possibility of just naturally being low in serotonin, but likely your apathetic behavior is due to paternal emulation.
