So, I have been oiling my hair for the past two weeks and after oiling my hair, naturally I wash it off with shampoo but I ve also been conditioning it as well.

Those that have been "oiling" their hair, should I condition it too or just leave it and condition it some other time?

Too MUCH hair products for your hair.

Shampoo & conditioner should be plenty PER WEEK.

FYI: "You find people oiling hair every single day, the hair sweats and it doesn’t get washed. What do you think happens? It goes limp and becomes thin because it is not breathing,” Shamillah Mohammed, a hairstylist at SUQA, says.

Example from YA!: “Coconut oil dried and made my hair fall out? But I want to use it again, a few months ago I bought coconuts and extracted the oil from them at home and used the oil on my hair, after washing my hair it felt dry (but generally oils make my hair drier) and it made my hair fall in long strands while washing it out (but I have to say that I was losing a lot of hair at the time before using the oil).”

On page 83, a book called 'Me, My Hair & I' edited by Elizabeth Benedict, she wrote: "I knew my hair is thinning . . ." then she mentioned she had been using amla hair oil. GO FIGURE!

Hair products are NOT made of glue to fix, prevent, repair, reverse hair from getting damaged, or hair loss, or make them grow . . . . they are a $62 billion dollar business. They also do NOT give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss caused by heat & chemicals - hair's worst enemies. • Hair products may claim one or more benefits, but usually they do not have scientific base.

    SOLUTION:
Washing less often, builds the natural oil your hair needs, to get them smoother, shinier, silkier, softer. Man-made products are just temporary, until you wash them again, and at the same time washing off the natural oil your hair NEEDS. Hair products just absorb on your hair if they're dry, like a sponge.

"Overloading the hair doesn't give better results. If you need more than 2-3 styling products, you're probably using the wrong ones." Hollywood's most admired heads of hair - Sarah Jessica Parker, Julianne Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow, Blake Lively, & Julia Roberts - said superstylist Serge Normant of NY & L.A. salons.
