Can u use dry ice to keep your foods and drinks cool, if u dont have a refrigerator?

    Of course you can use dry ice to maintain freezing coldness of your foods and drinks.

    Yes, but dry ice is much colder than regular ice, so your food will probably freeze, unless you put some sort of barrier between the dry ice and your food.

    Probably, but it wouldn't be very practical.
    I bought a mini fridge for around $60 at Lowes. If my fridge dies, I've got someplace to keep my milk, until I can buy a new fridge.

    Yep, but you'll still need an insulated cooler.
